Scott Hollenbeck from Properties 2000 came to us in September of 2006 when the real estate climate in Missoula was beginning to change from a seller%26apos;s to a buyer%26apos;s market. He wanted to continue selling new homes in the Canyon Creek Village housing development at the same rate before the market changed. Fourth quarter was a challenge with the holiday season (as it always is) but sales did not fall below the previous year.
